This thread isn't even reactionary. This thread is straight up watching him since he came into the NBA... and realizing that it's time for him to go.
Is he a VERY talented player? Yes. Does he put the team on his back when called upon? Sometimes, yes. Is he worth max money? Hell no.
And Josh will never have max money worth because he doesn't make smart plays when it's time to get it done. The over and back, the shot clock management. Too many 3s taken STILL after he SAID he'd cut down on them... he's still taking them in clutch situations.
I wish Josh better and I hope he finds a coach that will get him to finally listen and mature more. But based on the Hawks needing to not max him and our current staff, Josh is going to be better off somewhere else. And I wish him all the best.
