edit: btw growing up in cali way back in the days, white guys in crip and blood gangs were pretty common. Now that I think about it, there were black guys in mexican gangs too complete with the accent and everything.

Edit: random fact, watts , Compton, south Central were all white before white flight, but some white families could not afford to move or didn't want too. They anchored down and didn't budge.
