This, along with his emotional outbursts both in WWE and in the trial (the crying, inappropriate jokes) don't sound great for his brain, particularly since he's heading into another MMA fight in a few days where he's going to get his brain scrambled again. He seemed to get emotional over the fact he quit WWE the way he did, after lashing out because he was eliminated earlier than expected in the Rumble after being concussed, then couldn't back down and things got out of control.
