Remember when Avernatti was the hero of the democratic establishment? Now he is rotting away in jail.
People need to stop making heroes out of political figures and most generals are more political appointees than just straight military. I hear that perspective from a lot of soldiers who view the upper brass as just Washington bureaucrats with no relation to the actual troops.
Anyways to once again show why sucking these people off for one thing is dumb af, check what came out about this guy. He basically tried to coerce trump to do targeted assassination with the threat of jail. He is no better than the rest of them.

I don’t give a fukk about this Milley guy and certainly don’t support him as president.
Just saying he probably has things gift wrapped for him if chose to run as a Dem. I could see him being for MSNBC/NYT limousine liberals what Trump is to MAGAs and Bernie is to progressives. They talking about this guy like he’s a god.

I don't know anything about him besides what I've read the last couple of years. This is just another shovel of dirt for Trump as far as I'm concerned. The idea of a general becoming president doesn't appeal to me at all.
