see, i'm not anti-pushing/elevating a new guy, and the boy has shown glimpses of excellence, but he's only shown that glimpses.

interwebz keep crying for this dude to win the strap, you guys really tuning in to raw to watch a ziggler reign?



this has the miz type reign written all over it. win the title, and then fade away.

with no aj around, to me, cesaro, cody, sandow all are more entertaining at this point than ziggler.

not to mention he just recently feuded with john cena and no one gave two fukks about it.

He's great on the mic when given the chance (peep him on Ryder's youtube show) and obviously has what it takes in the ring. What they should do is have him cash in MITB at Wrestlemania and win. Smarks have already been cheering for Ziggler, what better way to get Ziggler over than have him at an event flooded with them. The Wrestlemania smarks helped D-Bry get over last year.

I still don't think he's hit his stride...and I don't think winning a belt does much for him right now.

The Big E and AJ stuff is unnecessary. After cutting Vickie loose, he should have been a loner and amped up his "Showoff" gimmick. They should be putting him in lengthy classics with quality workers. Instead, they jobbed him out to Cena. Plants the seeds for a more serious feud later this year, but it didn't do much for him now.

He's talented - and I think fans are ready to cheer for him, but I completely agree. He's inconsistent. And booking hasn't been great for him. I think a title win now could put him in Del Rio territory, where it ends up hurting him more than helping because he isn't on fire. Took forever for Del Rio to find his way again. And I'm not sure he would have without Ricardo.

Honestly ...No. Ziggler and his crew's weekly failures are instant classic comedy for me. I'm not sure why but I get a kick out of watching them fail or get out smarted by vickie or Cena. I usually root for heels but with them i can't they're just too annoying, hapless and uncool. The cage match with was hilarious.

Plus watching Ziggler marks bytch and moan after he jobs out is some of the best fukkery the IWC has to offer in 2013. If he cashes in and fails I'll just die of laughter.

That said, they're going to drop the ball like they always do when they give the belt to someone new. He's been a jobber for way too long. He's going to have a Swagger reign.

I rather watch him have consistent VICTORIOUS matches first, more than him having a title run right now.
