plz help me, i don't wanna fukk up. I got until 9 am, so just put anything down so it look like i know what i'm talking about. we meeting up at 10 am. She look good in the face too. :datazz:

Random exercises? If you don't know what you are doing, don't pretend like you do.

The first couple of weeks I'd just fukk with stretching and the treadmill. Dont injure this broad. lol Then move onto bodyweight exercises. Bands or kettlebells could be after that. Then when she develops a bit of strength and the fat starts to come off, move on to the freeweights.

When you're done with her training and her body is right....smash that azz. Good thing about training women is it breaks them down emotionally. Then the dussy is ripe for the taking......:shaq:
