Stay at the Elara. Best combination of rooms / price / hoes. Lots of black people stay there too. The pool is small but poppin and it's right on the strip. Hidden gem.

Edit: Don't get the studio, opt for the 1 or 2 bedroom joint. You won't be disappointed.

Palms Place (attached to the Palms) is the only other place I stay at so nah you good. Lots of niccas there too.

i don't club a lot but make sure you grab a las vegas weekly magazine when you get here. it seriously lists all clubs on the strip. all the strip clubs worth going to are on the same street btw (industrial) lmao. i sometimes do open mic at Sapphire, it's not bad. buffets are all over the place but i'd recommend rio (literally one block from palms) for sumn decent and the california hotel (downtown) for that $6.50 'spent all my money on...' hangover you're gonna have. good luck. feel free to axe me anything else.

Strip Club -- Spearmint Rhino. Be careful you might fall in love.

Clubs -- My favorite clubs are Marquee (the main room tends to bring in EDM djs, but the Hip Hop Room, which is a few floors up, is a ton of fun as well) at Cosmo and XS at Wynn. Tao at the Venetian is pretty good too. Everyone has been talking about Hakkasan, which opened a few months ago.

Yeah not too many good clubs in Vegas for hip hop. I've heard chateau at the French hotel is cool. I heard the spot at the rio is cool too.
The hip hop room in marquis is cool early in the night but gets way too packed with mostly dudes
The mirage on the strip plays mostly top 40 and hip hop.
But all the big spots with the best chicks will play all techno
