That means Newton meters and just the steering wheel. There's a small box which name is alluding me but you put it on the back of your seat for that. You can also get motion system but that's a few more bands.I don’t know what that means but do you feel it in the seat or just the steering wheel?

I was thinking about buying the Alpha-U wheelbase from this company instead of the Simucube 2 or VRS direct pro. Their stuff looks good but none of my trusted reviewers have used it yet
