Got tired of GNC and shyt and paying their rape prices. Dont get me wrong i havent totally abandoned them just cutting back on the mass gainer since i can make my own. The shyt i was copping from them is like $47 a bag. Ive been getting the Optimim Nutrition Serious Mass 6 lb bottle. So i said let me experiment and make my own. Sp here it is....
1/2 cup of Granola-
250 cals
35g Carbs
9g protein
1 cup of Chobani Greek Yogurt- Strawberry
120 cals
19g Carbs
12g Protein
Natural Peanut Butter-
2 Tbsp
190 cals
6g carbs
7g protein
2 cups of Whole Milk
320cals
13g carbs
8g protein
1/2 cup Quaker oats
150 cals
27g carbs
5g protein
1 whole banana
Dont have the macros on this
So keep in mind that Im trying to bulk so i need the protein and carbs and lots of them. It was quick and easy to make and it taste pretty damn good I could have added some coconut oil for some more cals since its healthy and calorically (sp?) dense. so after doing the math it came to
