Got tired of GNC and shyt and paying their rape prices. Dont get me wrong i havent totally abandoned them just cutting back on the mass gainer since i can make my own. The shyt i was copping from them is like $47 a bag. Ive been getting the Optimim Nutrition Serious Mass 6 lb bottle. So i said let me experiment and make my own. Sp here it is....

1/2 cup of Granola-
250 cals
35g Carbs
9g protein

1 cup of Chobani Greek Yogurt- Strawberry
120 cals
19g Carbs
12g Protein

Natural Peanut Butter-
2 Tbsp
190 cals
6g carbs
7g protein

2 cups of Whole Milk
320cals
13g carbs
8g protein

1/2 cup Quaker oats
150 cals
27g carbs
5g protein

1 whole banana
Dont have the macros on this :manny:

So keep in mind that Im trying to bulk so i need the protein and carbs and lots of them. It was quick and easy to make and it taste pretty damn good :ehh: I could have added some coconut oil for some more cals since its healthy and calorically (sp?) dense. so after doing the math it came to

1,030 Cals
100g Carbs
41g Protein


Critique it brehs. If it doesnt look right let a brother know. Ill appreciate the help since im trying to :lift: my weight up :yes::rambo:

Ditch the granola for sure and throw in plain Greek yogurt instead of the fruit yogurt. The taste might suffer a BIT but the banana and peanut butter will mask it.

I used to make one with oats, honey, yogurt, peanut butter and a banana and I think blueberries too. They were good, but you do get tired of em after a while.

Anyway, is that concoction really that much cheaper than mass gainer from GNC?

Just use serious mass from ON. Its cheaper than what you doin and its less of a hassle. I get a 12lb bag every couple months off amazon. I use it as a meal replacement honestly.

You might get fat as fukk if you don't threw in some cardio. What's your regular maintenance caloric intake...you don't wanna go too overboard
