Long story short, I suffered an AC joint sprain and some tendonitis in my rotator cuff.
Did some research, and it turns out that I was doing bench press wrong (dunno if it was the main factor, but im sure it didn't help)
Apparently, youre supposed to do them like this:
Not like this:

Im just cuz I thought I was getting pretty strong in bench (was hitting 5x5 285 before injury)
But this new, correct way is supposed to be even better and let me reach my full potential
