Can one of y'all drop knowledge on exactly what happened here?

Now I think most people who know me know that I'm not one of the coli militants ......but even I thought something was fishy about this case (from the little that I knew about it, anyway.....all I really know was they said the woman was robbed and the baby got killed in the process)

I haven't followed it closely, but from what I understand the baby's mother has mental problems, she originally misidentified the shooter in a police lineup, and I remember in another thread some nikkas even suspected she might have been involved in the baby's death

I'm too lazy to google and research this shyt......can someone break down why dude might very well be innocent.....or why he's definitely guilty?

Is this another young black victim of the system.....or is dude just another thug, despite the suspicions about the mother?

what you have is people trying to connect the dots to make a conspiracy theory true. Mother had residue on her....SHE GOT SHOT close range so thats not a shock. Can't explain the boyfriend, but one theory the mother gave was that the father came to see her in the hospital and perhaps while hugging her the residue got on him.
