My boy's girl has to take this test for a class. It may seem racists but is it necessary?

Blacks do have their own form of American English.

How about we teach our kids proper english it's not that hard. Even the ratchets in cali can speak correct english. This is just another way to say we are inferior. Same reason you have ESL classes all the way in high school. Keeping the "minorities at a disadvantage.

What kind of job can you get without having effective communication skills, this has to be fake.
