The guy who made these games:

He is currently upset at outlets going after him after bosskey failed. He simply doesn’t get how his mouth soured people and IMO caused some of the bad press lawbreakers received after it was clear it was going to take a while to get a decent userbase.

The thing with Cliffy is that he's still stuck in 2006 where fratboy bro ass gaming was the in thing. That mentality is not flying in 2018, especially in the gaming industry. He tried to push Lawbreakers as this "manly" ass game compared to Overwatch by trashing the anime nature of the game. Yet he did the following:
It sucks because I actually enjoyed the game since I'm a sucker for arena shooters, but dude clearly was delusional to think that folks was going to cop Lawbreakers when the market was overflowed with a shyt load of games including PUBG.
- Lied about the F2P format
- Lied about DLC and microtransactions
- Used Nexon to ship the game when we ALL know how trash the company is
- shytted on the Xbox owners when he could have extend the bridge with them
- Sent the game out to die when the writing was on the wall that nobody was checking for the game
