I agree with everything you said except it's acting gay. If it's glued it's semi permanent. If dude woke up everyday and put a wig on and chose different wigs of different styles depending on what he's wearing that's .

I wouldn't do any of the fake beard, fake hair stuff. But I can see someone doing this to maintain an image for a job or position. You can't be dusty while applying for some shyt or in some positions. I think it's imperative to have a natural positive self image before you level up because you can't do a 180 on people. you can't come to work in faded jeans/slacks, and shirts then get a higher position or better pay then show up lookin fresh, like you're new. Then again I don't know how this guy woke up dusty at 10am then went and saw his homies later on in the day and had a fully connected and dark beard and dreads.
