Kidman was a great cruiserweight champ. Not as flashy and innovative as Mysterio but he could have a solid to good 7 minute match with anyone.
As a matter of fact I'll go so far as to say he had a good career. He was in the Flock, one of the better members of WCW's cruiserweight division, smashed Torrie Wilson in her prime, and made enough connections in WWE to have a job there now.
