So "Best Of Both Worlds" album was suppose to feature Tupac instead of CAMEL FACE.

Hip-Hop Rumors: R.Kelly Reveals What Rapper Was Originally Supposed To Be On “The Best Of Both Worlds” Instead of Jay-Z | AllHipHop.com

R.Kelly autobiography, Soulacoaster: The Diary of Me, is out July 28, and Rolling Stone got its hands on some interesting excerpts from the book, where R.Kelly reveals that Jay-Z wasn’t his original choice for the ‘The Best Of Both Worlds’ album. The Chicago crooner says that the rapper that originally sparked the idea for him was Tupac Shakur.

In the book, Kelly recalls a 1996 chance meeting with ‘Pac in front of a hotel. He says they planned to release a collaborative album at that meeting, but the idea came to a tragic end after Shakur was murdered later that year.
“Come September, and it looked like my schedule was opening up just before the holidays. I set up a meeting with Pac for us to plot our strategy, get firm dates and make the musical bomb that we both know would explode all around the world,” Kelly wrote. “But another bomb exploded that no one saw coming.”

SO instead of  we would have had :pacspit:

not gonna lie that would have been a better combo.... maybe not musically but in terms of epicness ... you'd have everybody in the same building from thugs to hella hoes at shows.

If Kells is lying about this then them Outlaw nikkas would have called him out on it, same goes for Suge.

I heard Pac really wanted to work with R kelly badly, I wonder how Pac would have handle Kells singing the hook on "Loving you tonight" off the LAD album?

Song is classic btw

A Pac/Kells collab album probably would have songs like the one above and songs similar to Toss it up I'd imagine.

Don't matter if he lyin or not,it got me thinkin how cold tht woulda been...R Kelly bein a soul singer, and Pac makin soul music album woulda been way more diverse then the Kells Jay version...so much soul ,johny J wuz on his shyt,u saw what he did wit the jon b 2pac collab r u still down....one of the best rap rnb collabs ever....truth be told I like Jaay better then Nas everybody knows but I think Nas and R Kelly woulda made a better album too.....there's only so much Jay gon give u on a personal level, kells soul singing talents went to waste....Jay brings out the flossy rnb thug kells and only that version of kells really...we need sum real soulful content that coulda bought out that Kelly that sang Sadie and trade in my life.

This is what i came here to say and Id like to add that J Z and Kells had maybe 5 good songs off their CD. Pac and Kells together, its hard to imagine that shyt not living up to its potential. R Kelly gave us the classic "I Wish" remix where the 1st verse was ghost written by Pac. Hence the Hennessy reference
