If it wasn't for Brady maybe the Ravens would have another ring to tho. Remember last year?

I agree, it just seems if it isnt the Giants beating the Pats its the damn ravens, honestly, as much as I dont like Peyton and was glad to see him bounced out of the playoffs early once again, I would have much rather played the broncos than the ravens, and once the Pats struggled to get TDs in the first half I knew it was the writing on the wall because you cant keep the ravens in a game like that

:ld:....maybe Brady is just out there being Brady...one of his worst performances was against San Diego and the Pats just so happened to win. Maybe, just maybe, he's not what you thought he was and his TEAM deserve more credit.

I played Madden last night, and I was the Patriots playing the Giants...I was up 27-24, and had the ball with 20 seconds left. I took a knee to run out the remaining time...it got down to 2 seconds, and my Xbox exploded

No, it's just that the Giants BEEN laid out the blueprint for the surefire way to beat Tom Brady:

Beat him up (especially if you're constantly able to get to him (e.g., disguise your blitz pkgs well), and especially if your front four specifically are consistently able to get to him), and get physical with the receivers. It totally screws up his timing, their timing....and he gets skittish, because he doesn't like getting hit.

Think about it....every time they've lost a game where they should have had a good chance to win, what happened? The team that beat them played PHYSICAL with them, and they buckled. Like, they don't even keep it close after you start layin' the wood on 'em, they just fold. :manny:

And the Ravens PLAY them like that. They played them like that last year, if Lee Evans hadn't had hands made of margarine sticks, they would've played in the SB last year (which is also why I never get the criticism for Flacco, but :ehh: )

Even as a Giants fan, I won't give our squad all the credit. The Pats barely escaped with a W against the Ravens in the regular season in '07.

Actually the Giants copied Romeo Crennel (CLV vs Pats in 07) but they just had the personnel to beat him.:russ: Romeo doesn't get the credit he deserves for it. :ld:

What about when NE were the number 1 seed against the Jets? :pachaha: Brady wasn't going to beat the Niners. A.Smith and J.Smith were too much for him.

Bradys weakness is any team with a good pass rush. The pats run a timed system and Brady has horrible mobility. Any teams with decent blitz packages and a good front four can get Brady off his plan. Especially when his short options are covered.

The 04 and 05 Broncos laid out the blueprint to beating the Patriots, around the time they stopped winning championships. The 05-06 Colts fed off this and carried it into the playoffs. The Giants laid out the blueprint for the post-spygate teams and that style of football is something the ravens also are good at which translates into their recent success against them recently. The Chargers have also been successful against them at certain points.
