No he has a bad attitude because he's an a$$hole to people and hard to get along with, which is why he's also been cut from ROH and TNA multiple times. That "tells it like it is" guy in an office environment also sucks to work with.

And being vocal, especially if it's dealing with a promo, character, etc. should be a key to getting better. How can you do a promo if you're not feeling it? Wrestlers aren't trained Hollywood actors.
