So are the Houston Rockets a playoff team???

Based on our record and what you've seen so far into the season. What do yall think?

I get mixed reviews on this. Some say, "wont last"... "they too young" and "not experienced enough".

The rate that the team has been gelling has been unreal and the chemistry can only continue growing.

I told myself at the beginning of the season that I'd be happy if Rockets got at least 35 wins in this "rebuilding" season... But nah brahs... This isn't rebuilding, it's reloading bytches

Minny's not gonna make it. LA is out of it. They have a good chance.

Right now I think they have the pieces to make the playoffs. Having harden just adds a go to scorer that commands double teams. That's leaving shooters open to beast. Lin still turns the ball over a lot, but he balances it out with steals and great transition buckets. On top of that Toney fukking Douglas has become a solid scorer off the bench. Dude has always been a decent defender but now that his shot is falling its a problem. When you add solid rebounding by asik I gotta say color me impressed..

They will make it to the playful, but with Lin being inconsistent and turnover the ball alot of times, I'd doubt the Rockets will go deep in the playoff.

Most of those were in the first few week, primarliy agasint 3 teams.(SA, Portland, OKC)

3 of those were agaisnt the Spurs, who are outright better than us. No way around. They're the one team who'll play our game and tempo and just beat us down.

Against OKC(0-2 agasint), i be seeing a lot of heroball form Harden. Its like watching Koobe shoot his team outta of it outta frustration

Portland jsut caught us early in the season while we still trying to find chemistry. I doubt they would have the same success against now.


This is a completely differnt team from Nowvember.

I really feel they will get in. They have a good team offensively and fun to watch. They've seemed to have thrown defense in the :bushes: tho.

like in everyone's case, matchups will determine how far they go.

please. The only teams that give us problems in West are equally young and atheltic teams like Oklahoma and Portland. The rest of the teams we can beat on any given night, Including LA, San Antonio, Dallas, Memphis, or even the Clipshow.

Did not think they had a chance to make it even with the Harden trade. They've surprised me personally. They keep putting up buckets like this and they are def making it I don't really see who would suddenly catch up and knock them out though either.

Yup! If we could somehow snag a Zbo from Memphis or a Demarcus Cousins we could definitely contend for a CHAMPIONSHIP!
