Tyson was not feared. Holyfield wanted him before the douglas fight, evander wanted and bowe wanted him

both would have beating the tyson that don king had vs the cus rooney tyson, the cats king had in tyson corner would try and stitch a paper cut

My dude, please use your head and common sense.
Out of the 50+ opponents tyson faced you name 2 people and say "Tyson was not feared because 2 people were not afraid of him :stopitslime:"

Holyfield was afraid of nobody, lewis was not scared of tyson, douglas on that night was not scared of tyson.

But the fact still remains tyson intimidated his like nobody else.

So all the documentaries, books etc what state tyson had his opponents scared are false?:what:

George Foreman
Jack Johnson

Now that you mention it no one ever really associates Joe Louis with intimidation per se even though The Bomber hit hard as fukk. I wonder if that is because of his laid back. aw shucks attitude back then.

Yeah, for the pay day
Same reason spinks fought him
Granted, i dont think holyfield is scared of any fighter
But if they fought when they were supposed to, evander was gettin knocked out
When tyson started to get sloppy and started to get caught, thats when fighters became less shook

"I define fear as standing across the ring from Joe Louis and knowing he wants to go home early."

Tyson could throw 4 full power shots in under 1 second when he was in his prime. that wasn't fast, but it was quick enough to out match other HW in speed and raw power
