I liked San Andreas Quake better 
San Andreas relied too heavily on CGI destruction while San Andreas Quake had a better script. San Andreas Quake had the better mom/daughter sexy and daughter was getting piped by a brotha in the back of his Scooby Doo mystery machine van
San Andreas Quake was cheesy but I didn't feel the need to skip through it and the hippo fukkery ended up being a pleasant surprise looking back on it.
San Andreas Quake at least tried to be different, while San Andreas followed the basic cookie cutter formula jacking moments from various other disaster movies (can name about 5 off the top of my head). shyt was too formulaic and I started skipping parts.
Honestly watching both of these movies and being able to contrast the difference between a low budget flick and big budget block buster shows how the low budget has to be more creative.

the whole movie. And Reed Richards was useless. The only reason why this wasn't a str8 to DVD sci fi channel premier is the cgi effects.
