One, look at your driver's car/plate number on the app.
Two, wait for them to ask what your name is.

It isn't that hard. People are just stupid and naive.
Yeah, was about at say noticed Lyft drivers had a stick also.

What you said though is way more helpful though because any nikka can get ahold of a sticker

Glad she safe though

Uber gives you the name, picture, car make and model, and plate number. And you see the actual GPS of the car. Dude was probably just some random guy tryna holla and she thought he was trying to kidnap her. And she has a semi-celeb status so it's easy for dude to know her name. But with all that said, some of these dudes are scumbags too. :shaq2:

This actually happened to a friend of mine not too long ago. I basically told her the same things @Rell Lauren and @8WON6 just posted here.

I'm not about to victim blame here, because the people organizing kidnappings like this are scumbags, but this shyt makes me wonder about people sometimes. Like, I don't ever even consider getting into an Uber/Lyft until I've checked the GPS, make, model (though there are times where Uber will list the wrong make/model for the right driver :francis:), color, license plate number, name, and face of my driver and made sure everything matches. And even then you might get some creep.

Gotta be vigilant out here, people.
