fukk!!!!! I am pissed. Why does the city do this shyt. We already have some o the worst traffic in the country. So they close out the shyt At rush hour which causes gridlock on all the surface streets. I mean of they told us I could plan ahead or have took the train today.

And when I say closed the expressway, I mean there is Zero cars out there.
