Crime was real bad in LA at that time.....

Hahn didnt pander enough to the black vote after outting Bernard in favor of a cac. Despite the fact that his policies ended up producing better numbers for crime in L.a, it didnt matter. He lost the numbers he needed to beat Antonio who had the Latino vote Locked. If he was smart he would have greased the palms in the black community for support and let them know he had their back after reelection. He thought he could live off his pops legacy as an activist but black folks only saw him firing a brotha in favor of a cac. Lesson learned. Keep your base happy or replace them with another group.
