Its funny because working out is suppose to give u better sleep but the past 2 years since i started working out its been the opposite but thats due to fast metabolism. Before i used to sleep 7-9 hours easily while out of shape but i woke up tired and shytty. Now i get 5-7 hours of sleep but i feel good when waking up.
I've found myself getting much better quality sleep since I started sleeping naked. I'm also forcing myself to get at least 7 hours per day. It's worth a try.
