Now let me start of by saying i go to the gym everyday and im in decent shape so to say
but when i see that im a bit skinny fat i immediately look in the mirror like
now i know there has to be some skinny fat negros on here or at least started off as one.
what was your diet like to change and what was your work out routine like?
currently my diet is mostly vegatables with chicken or beef in extra virgin olive oil for dinner
and usually subway for lunch.
my work out routine is MWF upperbody and abs and tuesday thursday sometimes saturday cardio (mostly jump rope and row machine) and lower body
what does a cat like me need to do to get rid of this skinny fat. i should also add im 6'1-2 180. im not really interested in gettin much bigger. i was bigger when i played football and hooped but now im just meh
