So I am a little bruh 5'8, 5'9" 155 lbs, but I am in good shape gym five to six times a week and about 15-20 miles jogging a week, but my diet is wack.
My mom is having surgery and I am holding the family down with her and using this as a way to change both of our diets in the process. Basically, I have been able to lose weight in 4 week intervals, but I always fukk up go crazy and ballon back up in weight.
So I need help with the following
I am going to try eat six times a day in small meals, should I just eat similar meals?
what do people eat to get cut, no homo?
I am thinking about getting whey protein for shakes, but that shyt seems like a ripoff every time I do it?
Is the trick really cutting back on sugars?
