That's something we need to come to understanding about. Society at large tries to put us in this box that we can't step out of if it isn't aligned with what "blackness" is supposed to represent. It's ridiculous.
I see examples of this all the time;
"You can't say that, you're black"
"You can't do that, you're black"
"You can't think that way, you're black"
Last time I checked, the only thing that is required for you to be a black person, is to just be black. What it is is cacs have appointed themselves the definers of what that word means (through music, media, etc) and many of us have conformed.
It's mental slavery and people don't even realize it.
