Shocking

how can you not be scared? like not even a lil bit?
you dont get worried after every nut that you got that clap breh?

I wonder this too, but at the same time.....
YOLO
And real talk, if you're a heterosexual male fukking with healthy women your chance of getting HIV are so low as to be theoretical.

And real talk, if you're a heterosexual male fukking with healthy women your chance of getting HIV are so low as to be theoretical. I know no one wants to hear that given the propaganda they've been brainwashed with but it's basically true. The HIV penetration into the general population is less one percent. Then you discount all of the Africans........
Question breh, why in some African countries are HIV rates for the heterosexual population so high, especially in cases where homosexuality is outlawed to the point of being punishable by death?
I'm stayin strapped.......
You can catch all the same stuff from Oral sex too.
People seem to act like it's exempt
A number of reasons. First, there is a more virulent strain of HIV there that hasn't been introduced to the Americas (yet). Even still, that strain is much weaker than the common STD.
Also, there are a lot of rapes in Africa. Men are spreading the disease during rape by breaking the mucous membranes of women and injecting the disease into them during ejaculation.
Which brings me to the fact that the level of treatment in Africa is only now catching up to developed nations. The virus requires a high viral load in bodily fluids for transmission from person to person. With a lack of treatment the viral loads are high in those infected in Africa and it's easier to spread.

Do you know what you're talking about?
One reason is because women are, biologically, far more likely to be infected with HIV. It can only spread via mucous membranes; the larger the surface area (vagina vs a single exit/entrance point on the penis, unless it has open sores) the greater the chances of infectious material being transmitted. Also, women are less likely to be able to negotiate for condom usage, sex crimes aren't viewed in the same manner (so you aren't completely off base with your rape theory) and women are more likely to use unprotected sex as a from of income generation, which puts them in contact with relatively wealthy urban men. HIV spreads pretty damn rapidly along trade routes and trucking lines.
Also, lack of healthcare, or willingness to access it is an issue. Going for months -- or years -- w/o having any noticeable signs of HIV infection (while still being +), while still engaging in risky sex with large amounts of young, poor African girls, is a pretty convenient way to spread the disease. Add in open sores and whatnot associated with STIs/risky sex, the likelihood of transmitting HIV to a large amount of unsuspecting women increases rapidly.
