‘Sinister 2′ Teaser Trailer Debuts At WonderCon

Here’s another creepy trailer, a very quick teaser that debuted at the Blumhouse Productions presentation this afternoon at WonderCon. Picking up after events in the first movie, Sinister 2 traps a mother (Shannyn Sossamon) and her 9-year-old twin sons (real-life twins Robert and Dartanian Sloan) in a rural house haunted by the evil spirit of Buhguul. That is one nasty looking blade. Directed by Ciaran Foy and written by Scott Derrickson and C. Robert Cargil from the original fright fest, Sinister 2 opens August 21.

Meh.

First one was a huge dissapointment,they pretty much showed every single good moment in the trailer.

But the soundtrack was fukking fire. shyt sounded like some new john carpenter

The first one had a great concept, but a bit of a fumbled execution. It started really strong imo, but the more they revealed and played things out the worse it got. This second one looks way too similar to the first for my taste, I'll wait until it's a rental or my bootleg guy has a copy.

Yeah the more they focused on "Baaghul" the wacker it got. The sequel seems to focus a lot more on him

My girl swore up and down that she and I watched the first one together, but I don't remember seeing it, so it's forgettable, indeed. The 2nd one looks interesting, though, so I'll definitely check that one out. Is Shannyn Sossamon in the first one? I enjoy looking at her. I think she's so pretty.

yall weren't a little shook at the first one? Yall got some activity going on in yall im interested in seeing the second one. I get how the execution kinda fumbled at the end but the movie was pretty good I thought.


Showed way too much in the trailer tho and they shoulda had the lil girl in the first one all over this.

First half of Sinister is >>>> than any horror that's come out in the last decade.

A damn shame how they butchered it by in the second by adding in all the supernatural crap, it was on course to become classic.

Those Super 8 films.
