I don't believe that 14%
I'm not sure how they got this data and it's interpretation, because we've had stats saying that black men are the most active in their children's lives. Even if they aren't with the mom. This is more of a financial issue with single parent households as opposed to being an active parent.

Yeah, I don't believe the 14% of white women. It's probably in the late 20s or possibly early 30s.
