... should the WWE take notes and implement a similar idea with the Intercontinental title? That belt used to be the 2nd most important belt in the company, and holding the title basically means you are the next up. Perhaps taking a book outta TNA's book could make the title prestigious again, and add a new way to build stars outside of MITB and the Rumble.

If they're going to jack an idea from TNA, they should have a TV title that gets defended weekly. First match of the show would be a title match and would give people who don't get any tv time a chance to get themselves out there.

It's mind boggling that in the history of the E, they never had a Television title.

If I'm not mistaken, the first MITB match actually supposedly had the winner win money as well as a contract
