I cringe when people contort themselves into a ball with all these weird rules. You can say it if you're black, but not if you hang around white people? You can say it but not with an "er"? That sounds like a strained relationship with the word and trying to make compromises to continue on.

Tyler has said he doesn't give af who says it-- which I disagree with wholeheartedly-- but I at least understand it more. It's logically consistent.
