As long as he's still attached to the hip of Rich Paul, yes and it's not even close. It's why I've said before that they both need to go their own separate ways after this situation is resolved.

Emoni has to show that he's worth the hype first before we consider him potentially part of the discussion. He wouldn't even be a lottery pick if he declared for the draft today because of his measurables.
He wouldn’t be a lottery pick because he’s 17 and not even eligible to be drafted yet. But a lot of the decisions before he joined Memphis have been wild. Hopefully it works out like the ball brothers but his dad got some vibes to him and emoni does have some arrogance as wel. A key to being a sabotage is being arrogant to the point it’s detrimental to the team or organization
Hypothetically if he was eligible, then he wouldn't be a lottery pick as he's an overhyped prospect IMO. The Ball brothers had the talent to back up the hype, which Bates just doesn't have.
