So because an injustice is happening that we may never experience we should close our eyes to it? What a dumb ass mentality. What he is worth, if he was faithful and whether or not he is an a$$hole is immaterial, point is the judge made a complete mockery of their judicial system.
To the people saying he has to maintain her lifestyle and that she sacrificed a lot by becoming his housewife .e.t.c. Yes the lady made sacrifices, but she was more than compensated for them during their relationship; the time he spent on her, the grandiose luxury provisions he made for her, the boosts in social status she gained from him, the wealth of corporate-economic leverage (and opportunities) she had access to for simply being the wife Berlusconi .e.t.c. should be more than enough compensation for any career sacrifice she made during their relationship. At this point she is simply being extremely overcompensated.
To those that agree with this travesty, perhaps since Berlusconi also made sacrifices for her during the relationship he should be overcompensated too? Perhaps she should be ordered to pay financial recompense due to all the leverage she had access to because of him.
