Its too unlikely to seriously consider . Now suing the govt, for taxation without representation, is something I could entertain... but statutes of limitation kill that as well.

Yeah...when someone doesn't pay you back after a couple hundred years of owing a debt...you can pretty much figure out that they will not pay you back.

I do think some help is required for those nations but it's should be in a form of a demand.

The Caribbean nations should appeal and NOT demand.

it's to impractical at this point IMHO. It should have been done when it was supposed to be done. Something should be done in general though but what i don't know.

it's never too late reparations can be paid in many ways. black ppl should be considered first just because..
govt can have it set up that black ppl are entitled to sh1t...

i mean hey cacs don't want it to come out their pocket, black ppl get tax exempt for sh1t.
criminal records be wiped off just because.. etc...
setting up a business in the black community getting tax breaks.. etc..


but the way things are set up currently being black has the person in a worse situation just being black.
