Should the NEG system be revamped?

Should we update the neg system to help kill troll threads and aliases?

IE: If a user is negged by more than a certain amount of people for a legit reason, that users thread starting ability becomes revoked in that particular forum?

They cut the wait time down, maybe 20 posters instead of 40 after every rep/neg. I like the ban idea tho, at a 1000 it should be like a week ban at least.

Some forums can just ban you from one forum IE, "banned from Locker Room" but allow you to post in "Bushes" or something, not sure if this forum is set up the same way
