I was late to the Boondocks myself but I found it hilarious. I watched most of the 1st season and thought it was aight. Not great, not bad. Then I copped the 2nd and 3rd seasons on DVD and I really liked it. It was funny to me.

Also one of the boys sounds like a girl cause he is voiced by Regina King.

I will watch the new season when I get the chance.

Never caught the hype, i watched the 1st episode some months ago but didn't really like it. Why one of them boys sounds like a female though? :what:
I know the new season is coming so i might give another chance:manny:

Regina King is the voice actor for Huey and Riley. It gets better as the series goes on. They sound more boyish by the end of the first season.

Imma watch it again, is it like each episode with a different story?

Why couldn't they pick an actual lil boy for it? smh

This has been going on forever in voice acting for little boys or characters who should sound like boys. Unless your show is slated to end after a season or 2 purposefully, you'll be dealing with a young boy's ever changing voice and the minute it naturally deepens, you have to get a new voice. Women can do the boys' voice and they can do it forever. Case in point:
