Not awful. Good little crime drama, has a made for tv feel, or just slightly above....was a cult classic in the late 90's, because of all the rapper cameos...including JD, Nas, AZ, Trackmasters, LL Cool J and the pool cue...I had that shyt bootlegged with the double VCR in 99, and the soundtrack, which was ill....
