Should I trade MJD for Run DMC

I had big hope for MJD but this hold out does not look pretty and I am scared even when he does come back he will not be as good due to being so old and missing training camp. On the other hand McFadden has a huge upside and looked really good in preaseason but the man is more fragile then a baby.

what would you do? Keep MJD or try to get mcfadden?
