"Burn Notice" is cool.
Basically a guy named Michael Weston is a spy. He gets a burn notice and has to figure out why.
A "burn notice" is when a spy is fired by whatever government is employing them. Maybe they're a traitor, or unreliable, or maybe the government just doesn't need them any more. The problem is, spies don't have real social security numbers, or IDs, or passports, or employment history. So Weston goes around Miami helping people on some A-Team shyt, that's how he makes money. Each ep he helps a random person....also, each ep reveals a little bit of the larger plot concerning who burned him, and why.
The only downside to the show is it's formulaic as hell and after the 4th or 5th season you'll start to feel deja vu because at first it's like
"so that's why he was burned"....then
"what? it's something else"....and then
"huh? I thought it was....." and after a while it's obvious they're making the shyt up as they go along.
Oh and Bruce Campbell is the fukking man on this show. He plays Weston's best friend.
Fred.
