Should I Drop John Wall for Rubio?

Wall's been on my bench all year, the Wizards are garbage, so I'm sure their management isn't in a rush to bring him back so the can stock pile L's.

Is Rubio going to play before Wall this year? I see he just practiced.

I have enough PGs, but I saw how Rubio was stuffing the stat sheet last year so he's on the radar.
