Should I Change My Name?

I been in the process of setting up some stuff, websites, setting up an LLC, getting incorporated etc.

I'm aware of Danny Browns producer Skywlkr, who seems to be pretty well known. I don't want to come across as a name stealer (even though my name has nothing to do with him and didn't know of him when I made it)

Should I go hard with KushSkywalker? Is it different enough? Should I use a derivative of the name? Complete change up?

Just need some opinions

Yea you don't want to be confused for someone else, law suits and everything could happen. I would pick another name that encompasses your whole brand. Based upon what you would like to do going forward.

Wow, breh this is a tough one. I actually think your original name KushSkywalker is dope. Makes me think of a high ass Jedi master lol, but I see where you coming from.

I kinda had the same problem. I go by Shutterworth and been using that for like 8 years or so and even incorporated it, but some nikkas spell and say that shyt like the Ray Allen movie where he goes by Jesus Shuttlesworth. Even though each letter in mines stands for something when I break it down, some nikkas still overlook it. For example...

S-standing
H-head
U-up
T- to
T- tribulations
E- everyday
R- righteously
W-winning
O-on
R- rather
T- than
H- hating

In short, I feel if you got a story or meaning behind your name you should be fine. The Kush part is a cool addition to me. Hell, I didn't even know somebody else had your name until I read this thread.
If you do happen to change it, make sure it's hotter than Kush Skywalker. You don't want to be going backwards breh.

I think you show keep your name as producer, but the company be differen. Ex. KushSkywalker from <insert name> Productions. Best of both worlds
