The federalist society centrist is just doing the bidding of the republicans at this point

He's literally in court defending Trump in the sexual assault case against Jean carroll and He's
also sanctioned the nothing burger, partisan right wing investigation into Hunter Biden
meanwhile Donald trump and main Jan 6 associate are still walking around scott free and even breaking more laws as we speak.

Yes there will be a backlash in the right wing media (cnn, msnbc, cbs etc) but the price of inaction will be greater than any blowback he would receive by admitting his mistake and pulling the plug on the federalist society POS heading the DOJ

None of what you listed is a reason to fire the AG. All it would do is cause a political headache for Biden.

He's not a Federalist Society member though.

The E. Jean Carroll case is less about Trump and more about what ligation you allow to proceed against a president.

So you think ex presidents should have immunity from sexual assault cases?
Where does it end by the way since rape is off the table, murder? child molestation?

This is a dangerous time in the country. If we adopt Trump's tactics, it's a wrap. He should be treated like a one-off mistake.

He's not being sued from rape IIRC only defamation.
