Jennifer Lawrence is one of the better young actresses working and has managed to carve out an almost perfect career that has her doing prestige/awards garnering movies at the same time as she does crowd-pleasing popular fare. She also has been a bit overexposed which has resulted in a recent backlash against her like what happens to every actress Hollywood pushes too hard (the last one was Anne Hathaway probably).

As for what to watch:

If you are a big budget popcorn summer action movie flick kind of person then watch the first 2 HUNGER GAMES movies and X-MEN: FIRST CLASS & X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST.

If you want to see her flex her acting muscles then I recommend checking out WINTER'S BONE, SILVER LININGS PLAYBOOK and AMERICAN HUSTLE.
