HBGOAT was on JeriGOAT's podcast and they were talking about the match and praise it got, they both made the point why it's not a 5 star classic. No real history between the two and ultimately, no one gives a shyt about either of them. Omega is known for wrasslin some little girl and Okada is just an unknown.

Don't care how athletic the spots were, zero emotional attachment to either and didn't care about the outcome. Wrasslin is ultimately a C level soap opera, give people a reason to care, besides the blood thirsty smarks looking for the next great monkey spot

They literally just did moves with little rime or reason for the first 15-20 minutes. Then they went full speed for more hight risk moves and nearfalls. That's almost the definition of a spotfest. It was a really fun one though, I don't get why people get so upset over the term. A spotfest is not necessarily a bad thing.
