What's up, Coli. I haven't been on this site in a while, but the last that I talked I was asking you all about a mass movement on the Criminal Justice system and mass incarceration. I know you're all aware of what's going on in Ferguson and countless other cities. It just goes to show how deep this system really is we're fighting. There NEEDS to be a mass movement. Shaun King, salute the man, has done an excellent job exposing the corruption in Ferguson, and now he's trying to get that movement started. We need to do our part and help spread the word. Currently, you can sign up on a google docs page to join the movement. "Justice - That's all". I encourage everybody to sign up and help spread the word. We're not kids anymore. There is no other situation where I can say Person X did something, there is evidence, I've seen it, but I'm not gonna show it to you.
That just reeks of courruption and abuse potential. It used to be like that with Rape accussations but now there is transparancy with releasing the name of the accussors and dna/toxicology is more heavily involved in varifying.

That said, unless Shaun King does something that strikes me as uncouth in this situation than I don't see the issue. He is relaying evidence and information. Simple critical thinking lets me know if its correct or not. I'm not listening to him blindly, but he is being extremely useful in that he is categorizing and compilling info. So in this situation, he seems to be doing useful work. I'll ride with him til he proves to be doing otherwise.

This is technically true under the law, but not in practice. Pedophillia is a crime here in America. Its a thought crime, similar to how hate crime legislation works, only far more ridiculous and far reaching. Its only dwarfed in absurdity by illegal numbers.

If me and you both take the exact same picture of the exact same girl, and then people claim you are a pedophile, your picture becomes child pornograpgy within a legal context while mine does not.
The exact same action (taking the picture) is said to have victimized the girl in your case, but not mine. So essentially, you have commited a crime based on people believing you to be a pedophile. It doesn't require child abuse of any sort.
Its a contextual crime, all of which are bogus. Thats the same framework underwhich a water fountain was either perfectly legal to use or completely illegal depending on whether you were black or not. Its also why a cop can break into your house gun drawn unannounced and you are on trial after you put a round in his head. Its a sometimes crime. With the sometimes being, "well... who did it?"

Certain terms like pedophillia and antisemetism let you know immediately that they are propoganda if you understand what the actual term means versus what they are being used to describe. I didn't know this until I started studying human sexuallity and then I didn't fully understand why it was done until I started studying marketing.
Like, a hebephile or a ephebophile will be refered to by experts in the field as a pedophile despite them fully knowing the difference, the same way a person who is anti-jewish or anti-zionist is refered to by educated men who absolitely know better as anti-semetic. But... law, and deceptive procedure, and thought crime and propaganda criminality is a complicated topic. So I'll leave all that for another thread.
