Name : Shoulder shrug fly
Target: Chest/Shouklder
Description :
Take 2 dumbbells (40-75). Do one shoulder shrug. Do not drop the weight. Slowly rotate the dumbbells to in front of you until they meet. Tighten up your chest and your abs. Your chin has to be up to protect your spine.Repeat 7-10 times. Go up in weight as you desire for the next sets.
