Fresh off the bye week, the Panthers roar into Week 5 looking to continue their winning ways against the NY "Football" Giants. The Giants are off to a horrible start with a 1-3 record and face the tall task of beating Cam Newton at home. The Giants' offensive woes are numerous as Eli Manning has been sacked 15 times, and pro-bowler ODB hasn't been able to be as effective as a result. The #2 overall draft pick, Saquon Barkley has also had meager production due to limited carries and time on the field and it won't be too easy for him this week against Carolina's stout defense.
To make matters worse for the G-men, the Panthers secondary just got a huge boost by signing All-Pro veteran Eric Reid from free agency this past week. :camsalute::camsalute:
Meanwhile, The Panthers are trending upward, looking refreshed after and early bye week. Cam and CMac has really started to grow in Norv's offense and makes the Panthers attack overall look formidable. The Panthers are one of the leading teams in rushing this season, and Cam has shown progress while in Norv's system.
Time to go 3-1 CookOut Gang and show the G-Men their nothing more than midgets this Sunday. :mjlolpanthers:
