Yet another female teacher who can't keep her legs closed around school boys. Amazingly her defence was that the sexual acts she performed on him were therapy as she thought it would help control his anger. Groomed him for a while apparently.

She was offered 15 years, but went not guilty,seems the judge and jury were not p*ssy struck. I do wonder though if,she was a white blonde 'former cheerleader' whether she would have just got mental health counselling and a talking to from the judge. Instead she was a chubby darker skinned woman who isn't all that easy on the eye. Still, what she did was pretty sick in my opinion and is in the right place.

I think the sentence is excessive, in the UK you only get that amount of time if you kill multiple people kill a cop a terrorist or are a serial rapist,but heres where I have little sympathy, she was caught bang to rights, his mother was wearing wire and she fessed up , she wasn't innocent, she should have taken the 15 year deal,she probably wouldn't have done all the fifteen years, if she was a good girl and did counselling, education etc etc. . She wasn't some blue eyed blonde ex cheerleader who could claim 'bi polar disorder' or blame it on her hormones and get off doing the time. Her defence team and also this so called 'teacher of the year' are also retards,if I was her lawyer I would have been very honest with her. ugly women , non white women ,fat women and when it comes to men,men regardless of skin colour or looks get the book and the kitchen sink thrown at them in these cases involving adults and kids. You just have to look at previous cases.Remember the ex cheerleader who masturbated the 11 yr old in the bathroom at a family party ? didn't do a day in prison.This one gets 38 years,I know the facts of the cases are a little different but still . The 'teacher of the year' was also a retard for messing with a kid in the first place that goes without saying.
